- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) corn kernels, drained
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cups beef or chicken broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant and the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the ground beef or turkey to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it up into crumbles with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, mixing well to coat the meat evenly.
- Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and broth to the pot. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
